My cashier at my school had signed me up for bartleby to get a discount on my books, and told me I could cancel right after. I canceled it right after and they continued to charge me 9.99 a month and I did not use it once. I have now been charged 100$. In the middle of a pandemic I am struggling and I tried calling and no one is available. Horrible company. Of course we forgot to cancel and when I did cancel just a few days after I discovered a charge for 59.85 on my credit card, they refused to refund it to me even though I had not used their service which is stealing if you ask me. If I did not use it, why charge me for it because I forgot to cancel.

I was pretty confused when I finished reading 'Bartleby' and I didn't know quite what to think of it. Most of my questions revolved around the narrator, however, and not Bartleby himself.
